For the 2017 Inland Empire Your Voice conference, “Land, Air and Water: Navigating Complex Environmental Issues in the Inland Empire,” Jennifer planned and moderated the panel “It’s Raining, It’s Pouring, Are We Ready for Storing?” Drawing upon the collective expertise of representatives from the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA), Chino Basin Watermaster, and the Inland Empire Waterkeeper, we examined the regulatory and technical relationship between run-off and water storage and how it's created challenges for policymakers in the Inland Empire.
