Appointed to Environmental Law Section Leadership

Jennifer Novak has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the State Bar of California’s Environmental Law Section’s Executive Committee.

The Section’s mission is to further the education of its members in fields of law affecting the environment and environmental regulation. Its members span the range of environmental law, including water, air, energy, CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act), land use, natural resources, and waste management.

We're thrilled to have Jennifer join an impressive list of California’s environmental lawyers from the private sector, government and regulatory agencies, non-governmental organizations, and academia in service to the environmental law community.
