Today, The Surfrider Foundation announced the resolution of its Clean Water Act lawsuit to address the chronic and ongoing water pollution -- including sewage, chemicals, metals, and trash -- at the U.S.-Mexico border that has affected nearby beaches and cities.
We were honored to be acknowledged for our work over the past four years to bring our Clean Water Act experience to help Surfrider and its counsel at McDermott Will & Emery.
