Brought in as co-counsel to assist with mediation, we helped settle threatened citizen suits against two shipping container facilities at the Port of Los Angeles. Working with our co-counsel and storm water consultant, we were able to narrow the scope of areas subject to coverage under the Industrial General NPDES Permit, limit the amount of future compliance work required, and minimize the amount of attorneys fees paid.
