In a 3-0 decision, the Court of Appeal, Second District, has affirmed a trial court judgment in our clients’ favor. The Court agreed that a settlement agreement between our clients and the Plaintiff was valid, that the trial court correctly enforced it, and that our clients were entitled to their attorney’s fees and costs as a result of the litigation. On a more personal note, this matter and client were our very first after starting this firm. It took over a year for us to brief and argue for a settled statement before the trial court, and the make our arguments before the Court of Appeal. We are pleased to have a win as our first official result and to have helped our clients obtain this victory!
