“As a practitioner, I play kind of a wait-and-see game because there are certain policies and guidelines that bind agencies from acting too far afield unless they can back it up with a change in law or a change in data and science. They can talk about making these changes, but at the end of the day…the law and the science will keep that discussion focused.”
