For the annual Environmental Law Section Yosemite Conference, Jennifer organized and moderated a legal education panel to discuss the new Industrial General NPDES Permit adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board, bringing together representatives from the State Water Board, the business community, and the environmental community. The panelists discussed proposed changes to the permit, its enforceability, its challenges, and whether it was an appropriate vehicle for future water quality/water supply planning.
