Our newest addition to the firm, attorney Kim Lewand Martin, wasted no time jumping in to assist a community concerned with the potential health and water quality effects of a proposed confined aquatic facility that would allow the dumping of contaminated sediment into Newport Harbor. Kim tirelessly helped with submission of comments to the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board, set up meetings with Coastal Commissioners and local activists, submitted comments to the Coastal Commission, and testified before the Commission.
