Jennifer helped to develop and present the panel "Ports in An Environmental Storm" at the 2019 Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite. The discussion looked at the array of environmental issues, from air quality to energy to water quality, facing California's ports and how the State has addressed these problems through goals and regulation. Panelists represented the Port of San Diego, the Coalition for Clean Air, and industries operating at the ports.
