The Los Angeles County Bar Association presented its "2020 Focus on Agency Enforcement" lunchtime education panel, where Jennifer was joined by Nicholas Sanches of the South Coast Air Quality Management District, Daniel Wright of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, and Ross Hirsch of the California Department of Justice. Panelists discussed the differences in how various agencies enforce environmental laws, the source of their authority, how they coordinate with other agencies, and what's on the horizon for 2020.
